All of our lashes are made out of the HIGHEST QUALITY of Korean PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate).

They are highly resistant to wear and very durable increasing the retention up to 4 weeks. The quality of our PBT gives our lashes the soft and flexible feel to it.

Yes! As long as the return product meets the Return and Refund Policy then you can exchange it.

If the product you want to exchange it with is cheaper, we will refund the difference.

If the product you want to exchange it with is more expensive, you can pay what the difference would be.

Within 24 hours of request, we will email you a shipment label. Once we receive the product and verified it's still in the original packaging, we will submit the refund/exchange.

There will be sales tax between 6-8% for buyers where the ship destination is in the state of Florida (this is because the shipping origin is in the state of Florida).

(For example: If your shipping destination is in Miami, FL, then you will be charged a 7% sales tax at the time of checkout. But if your shipping destination is anywhere outside of Florida, there will be no tax added on until sales tax nexus has been reached).

For us to maintain an unopened shelf life of up to 1 year, we initially seal the tip of the glue bottle. We provide a needle in the package for you to use to break the seal.
